New rippers for hard and dry ground

I have been driving the spader today and am very pleased with the way the rippers work.

We have been on a paddock that has light sand, very shallow clay type soil and some sandy loam 300mm deep over clay which we have ripped to depth of 600mm on 1.5m spacings to lift the clay up to mix in the top soil.

The clay soil has been ripped to depth of 350mm and has had gypsum spread on it.
The sand has had clay spread on the surface 25mm thick.
The three areas are being mixed with the spader working at  between 300mm depth on clay soil and the other areas at 350mm depth.
The tractor is 295hp working at 1900 revs. In the hard spots the revs come back to 1700 with a bit of wheel slip because the rippers are digging in as they should.
This year the sub soil is very hard and dry (hence the dust) so the combination of rippers and spader looks good.
